Fill your freezer with your own lamb! We make it easy for you to choose the cuts you want.

• Whole and half lambs available.

• You choose the cuts you want - speak directly with the butcher who will help you make decisions or answer questions about the available cuts.

• Pick up your meat and take it directly to your freezer to be enjoyed all year.

• Different sizes are available, but generally a whole lamb will give you approximately 30-45 pounds of lamb.

Prices:

• $6.00/lb hanging weight (approximately 50-70 lbs)

• Plus processing fees (varies by butcher, but we plan approx $100-150)

• $150 deposit to reserve your lamb
